青年就業網絡全新推出「職做」共融職場計劃，由專業社工與僱主聯繫、培訓合適的特殊教育需要（SEN）青年人才並進行工作配對，同時為受聘的青年提供12個月的在職支援，包括與直屬督導溝通、定期探訪及職業諮詢，促進共融職場環境。

The HKFYG Youth Employment Network is excited to launch the Career Link Inclusive Workplace Programme. This initiative will have our professional social workers providing one-stop support, which includes engaging employers, training young talents with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and matching them with suitable job opportunities. It offers 12-month on-the-job support for employed youth, which includes liaison with direct supervisors, regular contact and on-site visits, and career consultations to the employee, all aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
